Chef Justin Smillie Slow Fires Pop Up Dinner
Justin Smillie of Slowfires will present a large-format, shared family meal, cooked in a wood-fired oven and over live embers. The experience centers on handcrafted foods, seasonal ingredients, and fire-driven technique, served in a relaxed, communal format. All dishes are cooked on site using the Slowfires mobile wood-fired oven.
